Where should i have my 13th birthday party?

okay,so i really want to have a birthday party,but i don't know where we should go.(i live in coon rapids minnesota). Plus,i don't know when it should be because my real birthday was on the 27th of November.it can't be on the 6,13,or 20th of December because i have to go to Christmas party's those days.and for manny reasons,i don't want it at my house(very embarrassing) i really need help. Please get back to me as soon as you can!
