What's the legality of driving to cedar rapids from iowa city if you 16?

night storm party is starting to host a club at hawkeye downs expo in cedar rapids on november 13, I want to go because I never came to a club before. Is it legal to drive from Iowa city to Cedar rapids and back at 11:00pm?

2. I don't think I've read about any curfews lately. As long as you have a license, registration, and insurance and drive well, I don't see where the problem would be.
