can you take a 9 foot sevylor raft down a river with class 2 or 3 rapids?

1. If the rapids are really grade III you will take on water unless you are able to run a 'good line'. River levels change and rapid classes go up or down. Talk with other boaters. Be sure you have a helmet and PFD with crotch straps. Do not go by yourself. If you upset you may lose your raft.
