Can anyone find out if Suak Rapids, Minnesota has any laws or permits about keeping a Fennec Fox as a pet?

I am looking to buy a male Fennec Fox and need to know if I need a permit or if it's even legal. I would also like to know if it has to be kept out of city limits. I live in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, can anyone help me out? PS I already know how to care of them and everything. Thanks!

1. Uhm, well, sorry, but they are basically illegal in Minnesota - you need a permit, and it requires you to have 2 years of experience. But you could always ask them in-case I got the law wrong. ("Them" would be referring to your local Fish&Game place of DNR). And there may even be more laws against it about living in your city, but I wouldn't know specifically. Good luck!
