How strong is my Yugioh deck?

Here's my yugioh deck; How strong would you rate it? 2. It's actually pretty good. It's well balanced, and has some pretty good monsters and very useful magic and trap cards. However, some of your effect monsters are far to weak, and some of your normal monsters are truly useless. Example: Dark Witch is a Level 5 Monster card, meaning that it requires a tribute, but it doesn't have good attack or defense to make up for the loss of another monster card. Also, cards like Happy Lover or Rogue Doll have much better alternatives. Some replacements could be Gemini Elf, or Vorse Raider. Finally, you need a card that leads your deck. Mine is Obelisk the Tormentor. I have a friend who uses Stardust Dragon. Overall, your only real problem is your choice of monsters. Overall rating: 6.5/10.
