- Get a grip. Coon is short for Raccoon and has no racist connotation in this context.
- No it is not! The town of Coon Rapids is on the Mississippi River and got its name from the rapids where raccoons lived.
- No more that Sundance, Wyoming or Naperville, Illinois
- I cant image that a town in Minnesota is less then 90% white. I havnt been to many places in MN with a lot of diversity so it must be in order to keep minorities from moving there.
