1. Get a grip. Coon is short for Raccoon and has no racist connotation in this context.
2. No it is not! The town of Coon Rapids is on the Mississippi River and got its name from the rapids where raccoons lived.
3. No more that Sundance, Wyoming or Naperville, Illinois
4. I cant image that a town in Minnesota is less then 90% white. I havnt been to many places in MN with a lot of diversity so it must be in order to keep minorities from moving there.
