Where is the best place to save money on groceries in Grand Rapids, MI?

My mom lives in Flint, MI and people there have Kroger. Kroger allows double coupons, and a lot of people are buying huge books normally used for trading cards and "couponing" is becoming almost a hobby out of necessity. Is there a place in Grand Rapids, MI that is the best for saving money or taking/doubling coupons?
