Is the Huangpu river in the central Shanghai freshwater or brackish?

I know the Yangze river is most likely full seawater at the airport, but is the Huangpu river running through central Pudong area freshwater or brackish water. And no, I'm not confusing the rivers. Yes I know it's polluted but does the saltwater intrude well into Shanghai in the very middle core.

2. i don't think it's salty, it's dark grey so i won't eat any fish from that part of the river.
