What is the only capital city to not have a river running through it?

1. Washington DC - the Potomac River and the Anacostia River are the city limits, and as such doesn't run IN the city.
2. US State Capitol- Santa Fe Bolivia Capitol- La Paz Only ones I bothered to look up. There are several more.
3. Capital of what? A country? A state? A territory?....

5. Don't know if you're referring to a state capital or a country's capital but Salt Lake City (Utah) does not have a river running through it.
