Where is the best place to go whitewater rafting in pennsylvania? and what's the best time, july or august?

What are some good cheap whitewater rafting places/outfiters in Pennsylvania and West Virginia? -I'm looking for class IV, V, and VI rapids. although i dont think there are any class VI available. -I also would like the cost to be under $100. -If you can attach a link it would be much appreciated

I don't know what to do in this situation.? I planned a trip to go whitewater rafting in pennsylvania Friday through Sunday. An annual trip with friends. Because of my low spanish grades, and despite me trying hard to learn it, I must go to extra help that saturday orders of the parents. The trip is canceled and all my friends (that I got to go) are going without me. The trip includes a dance, meeting new people, water gun fights, dumping buckets of water on people, ALL YOU CAN EAT FOOD!, and fireworks being bought which are illegal here. I dont know what to do, Im just so angry, I tried hard to learn that damn language and I can but it's harder for me. What can I do I was going to go to town by myself and do the waterguns on people but I think I might be arrested. What else can I do, Im so angry this is the last year I can go. What can I do thats just as fun here? I wanna soak the town or something but idk. What can I do it cant be rescheduled, and its my last trip.

Can someone help me with my relationship? So i have my first boyfriend, Travis. We've been friends for 4 years and best friends for 3. I talk to him about everything. He asked me out last Friday after hanging out ALL day. He asked me as i was dropping him off after a bonfire. he's almost 19, while I'm only 16, a 2 year, 7 month difference. I missed his Eagle Scout Court of Honor because i was in West Virginia/ Pennsylvania at OhioPyle whitewater rafting. Hes also graduating this Wednesday, though I will be there because the band is playing there. Travis has only ever had one girl friend, and she was whom he had his first kiss with. I've never kissed anyone. How do i know if he wants to kiss me? Because i know i want him to be my first kiss. What could help? I'm just really nervous because of the age difference and the fact that i will have 2 AP courses next year, 2 consecutive weeks of church camp, a week in NY, and a week of Venture camp, all this summer. What can i do to make all of this easier?
