~HELP!~buying detroit lions tickets from craigslist in grand rapids!!! do you think its safe??????? the tickets are 62$ each... he has two of them he has them up for like 40$ together.... i offered him 30$ and he accepted-he's not going because he's going to the Tigers game that same day and is just letting the tickets go cheap i guess-.! but, im wondering if theres a chance that they can be fake/counterfit tickets??? and is there a way to tell. is there any serial numbers on there that i can have ticketmaster or something check up on? cuz im already introuble for recieving counterfit money and didn't kno . and im not letting something like that happening again cuz im already introuble..... (thanks) I just don't want to be responsible for fake tickets. Is it trustworthy????

I have to get from Marquette MI to Grand Rapids MI by friday? I have a funeral I have to get to and I only have 40 dollars to get to grand rapids, Anybody have any ideas? Amtrak is $110 and the gray hound equivalent is $78 Craigslist has nobody going this weekend, and I can't think of anything else. My only other option is to hitch. I have have a dog, and NEED to be there by Friday. I'm not sure that hitching will get me there by then.

I want a charcoal smoker/grill picked up at a Lowe's store in the Saint Louis Missouri area and brought to me in Michigan (Grand Rapids/Holland/Grand Haven area). I've advertised on Craigslist 'Rideshare' forum with no luck. I've placed an ad on Uship.com but the only offer I got there was double what I'm willing to pay. Where else can I try to find someone traveling that route that might want to make an extra $100? I'm thinking RV travelers, truckers, etc. What forums do these people frequent that I could try? Where to live at or find roommates for GVSU? Are there any places that I can visit (other than craigslist) that can help me find roommates or a place to live for GVSU (Grand Valley State University) in/near Grand Rapids? I am attending in fall and haven't seen too many listings on Craigslist. Most of my classes are in Grand Rapids, not Allendale so I would prefer to live there. Although Grand Rapids doesn't have many college apartment complexes like a usual campus and makes it a little harder to find a place to live. I wasn't too impressed with the on-campus options so I'm looking for advice on off-campus only. If you have any web sites or complexes that do roommate matching, that would be great. so i just got a pony? i just got a pony off craigslist for like 80$ (PRETTY GOOD DEAL RITE) so i have a few questions regarding said pony who i have named stitch question one what do pony's eat i have tried to give him ravioli and ramen noodles even tried a BK stacker with no luck!?!?!? question 2 i was lead to believe for several years that i could obtain milk from a pony but when i tried i got kicked in the chest which hurt quite alot how do i properly milk him?!?!?! ok and last but most importantly i kind of told a white lie to the lady i bought stitch from and said that i lived on a farm with a few acres when in reality i live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex in downtown grand rapids now i wont get into how hard it was to get him up all those stairs with out getting yelled at by the land lord now my issue is not only the 70+ pounds of poop thins this is laying but the fact that my floor seems to getting a slight on the flimsy side and bowing in a bit im not 100% sure but my neighbors already dont like me much i think they would tell on me and get me evicted if a pony feel through the ceiling into there living room so how do i make the pony more ninja like as to stop collapsing my floor you would think they would build a house sturdy enough to support his weight but i guess not if you could help that would be great thank you : ) love me and stitch

why am i getting no responses from employers ? ? i am actively seeking employment and am a member of 2 employment agencies and 5 online job boards including craigslist. i have sent out at 100 resumes the past two weeks with no responses yet. i even sent them emails asking if they did receive them. what is going on here and why do they not respond ? if they post an employment ad they must be interested in the filling the position. by the way im in grand rapids, michigan and i have been applying for maintenance and pc repair jobs. sorry but i forgot to mention im already on the michigan works job site too, with no success yet either. i have never been convicted of any crimes, besides i don't think employers can run a background check without my consent if i remember correctly. i have 11 years experience in mechanical maintenance and 6 years as a computer tech.

SOMEBODY HELP ME?! SCAMMER? Okay so I put a listing on craigslist and this guy emails me and says he has a 64gb ipod touch and so forth... I then send him $125 via paypal and he claims he sent the ipod. Well he says he sent the ipod on Thursday from Lansing, Michigan. I live in Grand Rapids, about 1 hour south. And it's Saturday I still haven't got it! He even emailed me back and said to respond when I got it. However I haven't got it yet. I linked his email on a site and the domain that came up was "4676 Admiralty Way, Suite 330 Marina del Rey,CA US 90292-6695" He told me he was in Lansing for business?? I then googled this address and saw stuff about scams and hackers but i didn't really understand. Does anyone know anything about this address?? PLEASE HELP ME! Ask questions if you don't understand or anything I really don't know what to do. If I don't get the item is there a way to get my money back??

Either I want to move out of state or join the Air Force? A little help here? I currently live in Michigan (Detroit) and I hate living here. I really don`t wanna be here anymore because I can`t find a job ANYWHERE! I been looking for a job here almost a year. My mother and I had to moved from grand rapids, MI due to here divorce. I would have stayed there on my own but i JUST turned 18 and finish high school last year. I`m enrolled in college here for nursing but I wanna move out of state. I was thinking about just taking the money I saved up for a car and just fly down to Florida for a couple of days and see if I could find a job and a place to stay (They always have room posting on craigslist) but I don`t want to solely trust that. Do you think that would be a good idea? Or my second choice would be Me joining the Military, because the Air force doesn`t seem like such a bad idea. The only thing is about that I`m kind of scared of joining the Military. So what do you think would be best?

Help with value for sale PLEASE! :)? This is the ad I have on Craigslist. Please help me decide what is the least amount of money I should take for this car, or what a reasonable selling price would be. I want to be honest and fair. Thanks. I have a 1999 Gold Dodge Intrepid that I bought April 2010 is in good physical condition.. just some scuffing on the front and rear bumper. The physical condition was a major selling point when I purchased this car. This vehicle does need some repair or I suppose it could be used for parts. I brought it to the mechanic (Rad-Air) at the beginning of this month and was told there is a water pump leak and a thermostat housing leak. I do not have the means to fix it so I am putting out feelers to see if anyone would be interested in buying it or someone who knows cars.. so that it doesn't go to waste. It's a nice car. Before the leak I had traveled numerous times between Cleveland and Grand Rapids, Mi. I believe the mileage is 172-173ish. It does have the engine light on for the catalytic converter, but be advised the car was running perfectly fine before this leak and I was told not to worry about fixing it unless the car was running poorly. Other things to share are no AC there was a leak in the line when I purchased it, was going to get it fixed this summer (so much for that, but at the same time .. now I'm glad I didn't do it last year). New front ceramic brakes. Will have store bought stereo removed and factory stereo is in the trunk. I will say this car is fairly new to me and I only know what I have done with it. My last car was a 2000 Chevy Malibu that I had for ten years until I was T-boned in the passenger tire ruining the axle. I do take good care of my cars, but I've only "known" this one for a short time and I am quite disappointed to have to consider selling it. Let me know if you are interested. Make an offer. KBB for good condition = $2000.. I'm not asking that at all! I know how much parts & labor will take to fix the issue. I'd take best offer. I'm realistic! Make an offer. I'm also still trying to have a friend look at it to see if he can fix it, but looking for a back up plan to sell. Car DOES run and DOES start, BUT will need to be towed.. or engine will ruin due to overheating.

How do I get this job? I live in a small city, Holland (MI), subcity to Grand Rapids. I just had an interview with a very small company that provides tech support for computers... we're talking like 10 people here. All men. I interviewed for a receptionist/customer service position that was posted on craigslist. It went REALLY well. I am just what they are looking for, but they have a couple more interviews to do tomorrow, and they said they'd let me know either way next week, if I got the job or not. Ive heard of people sending a thank you card, or something of the sort, to sort of sweeten the deal or at least remind them of me. Any suggestions? Should I say something like...
