Has anyone ever been to Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels, Texas? My Birthday is in July. I'll be turning 21. I want to go to Schlitterbahn park because it sounds completely awesome. I know there will be a lot of children there but will the park still be fun on an adult level? I know there is probably a great amount of things to do for children, but is there enough activities to keep me occupied for hours? Which one is better the Schlitterbahn in Galveston or New Braunfels? Why? Tell me your experience and what you think about the Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Schlitterbahn Water Park in TX lately, I went 12 years ago and LOVED IT...HAS ITCHANGED? I used to live in San Antonio and this was one of our favorite placed to go as a family. I need some help for my trip to Schlitterbahn Galveston Water park? Im going to schlitterbahn THIS WEEKEND!!!! (may 8th 2010) IM REALLY EXCITED!!! its my first time there and my first time going to a water park. But im nervous and excited. cuz i cant swim. Im not even thinking about going on the surfing one. If you fall off some people pants will come off on there. And im a girl so i dont want any body to see. Do you have a favorite water park? What is it? My all-time favorite is Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas. I have not been to the newer Schlitterbahn parks, including South Padre Island and Galveston Island, but hope to go sometime. Best family water park I know, and great place to cool off. I've also been to water parks at a couple of theme parks, and they are wonderful, but Schlitterbahn (picked best in U.S.A.) tops them all.

I have a 6 yr. old & a 2 yr. old;Which water park is best for me to take them to SplashTown or Schlitterbahn? I really want to take my two younger kids to one of these two waterparks,but have no idea which one would have more things for them to do. Bloating in a Water Park? Ok, So me, my boyfriend and his family are going to take a trip to Schlitterbahn (a water park similar to splashtown) on saturday. But my period is also scheduled to come the same day, but its coming a couple of days early. Anyways, i wanted to know what can i do to stop the bloating and to at least not make it none it him or his family that i am on my period. Any appropriate answers are greatfully appreciated. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my sister and her kids are coming in to town to visit and they want to go to a water park called Schlitterbahn.I know that rides at an amusement park are a no no.But what about water rides??I want to be safe and I do not want to put my unborn baby in any danger.Also is it ok to float around in the pool there if i cant ride the rides? Schlitterbahn South Padre Island, TX? we are planning a trip to padre in about 4 weeks. I know we are going to visit Schlitterbahn Water Park....I have a 7 month old daughter...does anyone know if I can bring her float into the park with us? best time to visit Schlitterbahn New Braunfels? I have been to Schlitterbahn Water park in New Braunfels, Texas, and I love it! however, a group of friends and myself went last year during the summer, and it ended up being pretty much a waste. The lines were ridiculously long (about 1 hour wait+), extremely crouded, which didn't make it that fun. I want to know when would be the best time to go visit the park so we can enjoy the rides and attractions without waiting in super long lines. I was thinking either the very beginning of the summer, a weekday, or the last weekend it's opened. I went onto the website to view the schedule and did notice that there were days where only 1 of the 2 parks was open (Surf n Save). Has anyone ever done that, was it successful? There are also afternoon discount tickets as well. I would only ask for replies back for people that have actually visited the park and have had either successful or unsuccessful trips. Thanks!

How much time do you need in July (in america) to stay in Las Vegas and go to the grand canyon? We are going to USA from Australia in July (I know...US summer..we are wanting to go to USA without snow etc so we can experience it during summer and also go to Cedar Point and Schlitterbahn water park as well. Anyway, Could we possibly just spend 2 nights in Las Vegas and drive out and see the grand canyon? (we will be flying from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and hopefully from Las Vegas to Austin, Texas (and driving 1 hour to schlitterbahn in new braunfels) and then driving to Houston, Flying to Chicago etc. Anyway, will 2 nights (flying into Las Vegas early in the morning so we get two full days be enough? We are a family of 5. We won't be gambing much probably just $5 or $10. We would be going there for a luxury hotel and to see the Grand Canyon. Will 2 full days and nights be enough? We have very limited time. We will also be going to Sandusky, Ohio, Chicago, Boston, New York and Washington DC before flying back to Los Angeles and flying back to Australia. We have a limit of a mon a month (4 weeks) in the US. We really wanted to get to Orlando and go to sea world, wet'n'wild and 2 disney world parks Epcot and another one. Will we have time? We want to only spend 3 nights all up in LA, hopefully just 2 maybe 3 nights in Las Vegas, 2 or 3 nights in New Braunfels, Texas, 2 nights in Houston, 3 nights in Chicago, 3 nights in Sandusky, 4 nights in Boston, 4 or 5 nights in New York and about 3 or 4 nights in Washington DC. We want to also visit the best museums (world-class) in the last few cities I mentioned. We would fly to Vegas. How long does it take to get from the Grand Canyon back to Los Angeles? That might be worthwhile. Is there a place to stay near the grand canyon in the heat of summer? Is it safe if you break down out there (you said there wasn't very much traffic!) (bypassing Vegas). My concern is that there will be 5 of us (family...3 kids..parents). How many miles or kilometres is it from the Grand Canyon to Los Angeles (bypassing Vegas?) How much does it cost to rent a car for 2 days?

will i be able to go swimming? I got cut by glass and i had about 11 stitches on my right foot about 13 months ago. I am planning on going to Schlitterbahn(water park) in about a week. I was just wondering if it will be ok for me to stay in chlorine water for the whole day? Note: the scar is still there even after 13 months. I can do everything normal (run, bike, drive, etc..) Sienna Plantation Water Park: For residents only? We live near, but not in, Sugar Land. My mom is here for the summer and she stays with my 3 kids during the weekdays while my husband and I work. I am looking for fun, inexpensive, non-hot things for them to do. All three of my kids love water slides so we have been to Schlitterbahn twice but it's far and $$$$$! I saw Quillian Pool on Westpark @ Beltway 8 which seems like a good option for $5 a person, and it's big enough for fun, but small enough that my mother won't feel overwhelmed with all 3 kids. Sienna Plantation Water Park is a little bigger, and I think the kids would LOVE it, but can non-residents get in? Is there a paid admission option, or is it not open to guests at all? On period. Going to water park tomorrow?!? Okay so. I just got my period today. And going to Schlitterbahn tomorrow. My mom doesn't believe in using tampons, so I'm not allowed to use them. I do wear boardshorts instead of bikinis with underwear underneath. Is it okay to wear a thin pad while at the water park? It's not as heavy right now.
