Are there apt. that will let you own ferrets and small snakes in Blaine, Coon Rapids, or Spring Lake Park? I am trying to find a place to live in Blaine, Coon Rapids, or Spring Lake Park that will let me have my ferrets and small snakes. I know that they are not the best pets to have while searching for a place to live but there must be somewhere that will allow me to have them. The snakes are very clean, and obviously quiet. The ferrets are litter trained, quite, and never out of their cage unless they are under supervision. Anybody know of anywhere where this is a possibility? Thanks
